BizOS

Terms of Service

Effective 7 July 2026 · Operated by Aleejy AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@biz-os.co.uk

These terms govern your use of BizOS, the business operating platform at bizos.jonnyai.co.uk (the "Service"). By creating a workspace, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

1. The Service

BizOS provides a modular business management platform: operations, sales, finance, compliance, people and AI-assisted tooling, assembled per workspace from a module registry. We add, improve and occasionally retire modules; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your workspace by the users you invite (staff, contractor, tenant and client roles). You must tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access. One person may not share a single login; seats are per user and plan seat limits apply.

3. Trials, subscriptions and payment

New workspaces start with a free trial (currently 14 days). Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in pounds sterling through Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store full card details. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Billing page and retain access until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Plan limits (users, sites, AI actions) are enforced by the Service; optional top-ups are one-off purchases applying to the current month. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice — changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Your data

Everything you and your users put into your workspace ("Customer Data") remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it — solely to run the Service. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you store about your own customers, staff and contractors, and for the accuracy of what you store.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, to send spam (marketing emails through BizOS require your customers' opt-in and always carry an unsubscribe link), to store malicious code, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access other tenants' data. You must not resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us. We may suspend a workspace that presents a security risk or materially breaches these terms; where practical, we will warn you first.

6. AI features

JonnyAI features generate answers and drafts from your workspace data using third-party large language models. AI output can be wrong: it is assistance, not professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing anything it produces before relying or acting on it. AI-proposed actions only execute after a person in your workspace confirms them, and every AI action is recorded in your audit log. Tax-related modules produce drafts and simulations only; nothing is filed with HMRC or any authority by the Service.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level. Planned maintenance will be scheduled considerately. Support is provided by email at hello@biz-os.co.uk during UK business hours.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, design and branding. You may not copy, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it except as the law allows. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

9. Termination and data return

You may close your workspace at any time. If your subscription lapses, your workspace is locked but your data is retained for at least 60 days, during which you may export it or reactivate. After that we may delete Customer Data permanently. We may terminate for material breach with notice, or immediately where the breach is serious (unlawful use, non-payment beyond the retention period, security abuse).

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that: the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control; and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. You are responsible for your own statutory and regulatory compliance — the Service helps you track it, but the legal duty stays with your business.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app; continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
